Are Tariff points subject-specific or are they appropriate for any area of higher education study?
Tariff points are designed to be used for entry to relate to higher education study in any discipline. Whilst most universities and colleges will take into account the points gained from all Tariff-based qualifications, the entry requirements for some courses state that certain qualifications are not accepted as contributing to the Tariff points requirement.
A conditional offer that does not accept points for a particular qualification will clearly state any such exclusion.
