| Tariff Expert Group | Expert Group first met in May 2003. The qualification was first considered for UCAS Tariff points in May 2003. Points came into effect for entry to higher education from 2005 onwards. Tariff points for the Core are awarded only when a candidate achieves the Welsh Baccalaureate Advanced Diploma. A second Expert Group meeting met in November 2009 to reconsider the Tariff allocation in light of candidate evidence. In March 2010, the UCAS Board agreed that the Tariff points originally allocated were correct. Expert Group report 2003 (PDF) Expert Group review 2009 (PDF) |
