Summary	This qualification aims to: enable learners to develop knowledge, understanding and applied skills of specialist fashion retail management encourage progression by assisting in the development of knowledge, understanding and skills that learners will need to access further or higher education or to enter employment encourage an evaluative approach to personal and professional development.
Tariff entry	The qualification was first considered for UCAS Tariff points in July 2006. Points came into effect for entry to higher education from 2008 onwards. UCAS Tariff points were reviewed in October 2008. The review stated the need to undertake a further review in 2010 once proposed assessment changes have been implemented.
