CIE Cambridge Pre-U Diploma
| Summary | Pre-U aims to encourage the development of skills that students require in their subsequent studies at university. It has been developed in collaboration with schools and in consultation with universities and subject associations. To qualify for the full Cambridge Pre-U Diploma, candidates need to pass three Principal Subjects and Global Perspectives and Independent Research Report (GPR). Tariff points are available for each individual element, rather than a single Diploma qualification. Short courses in Modern Foreign Languages are standalone qualifications that attract Tariff points, but are not part of the Diploma. |
