The UCAS Media Limited (UCAS) student panel is a group of students, whom UCAS will have regular contact with in order to gain feedback on existing and new products and services.
As a member of the panel you will be invited to take part in online activities, surveys and other forms of feedback, which lets UCAS know what you think about the services we offer you and how we can improve them.
The UCAS student panel is only open to persons who are 16 and over and thinking about higher education or have applied to UCAS.
Your personal information is collected so that we can ask you for relevant feedback. It also helps us when making decisions about our services and who they are aimed at.
We will also use your personal information to administer any prize draws (including publishing winner's names on our website) and fulfil payments for activities you have completed for us. Your details will not be passed onto any third party organisations.
When you join the panel we collect information such as your name, postcode and email. We also ask for your gender, date of birth and if you are a UK citizen.
Please see our privacy policy for more information http://www.ucas.com/privacy_statement
On some occasions, you may be eligible for a gift or entry into a prize draw in return for providing us with your feedback. Details of any prize draws or gifts will be made available to you when we invite you to take part in an activity (if applicable).
Prizes and gifts will vary for those living outside of the UK.
