What is my AS12 letter? I am being asked for a copy of it by my local authority/bank.
Your AS12 Confirmation letter is sent to you when you have been fully accepted by a university or college.
If you have lost the letter, contact our Customer Contact Centre.
If you have already started at a university or college, we will not be able to reissue this letter for you, but we can send you a letter explaining how to get confirmation from your university or college. Please contact us if you would like this letter.
