I see on Track that an offer has changed to 'Changed course'. What does this mean, and what should I do?
This means that your university or college has been unable to confirm your place on the course you accepted because you have not met the original conditions, but that they are willing to make an alternative offer. You can choose whether to accept or decline the offer. You'll be able to reply on Track - if you're holding a firm and an insurance choice, you can reply once a decision has been received for both.
Your response depends on the status of your application - check the details on the What happens next? page. You have five days to reply to a changed course offer.

- I met the grades but my university/college has not yet confirmed my place. What should I do?
