I have forgotten my Track username and password. What can I do?

You can find out your Personal ID, Track username and password by using our login reminder service on the Track page. If you have entered and verified an email address on your application, you just need to enter it in the reminder service and we will email you the details you have requested.

Alternatively, you can find out your username and password by clicking on the 'Forgot login details?' link on the Track screen and entering the requested details correctly. Your username and password will be sent to you by email.

You can also obtain your username and password by contacting our Customer Contact Centre. You will have to answer some security questions before we can give you the details.
