I can't log in to Track - my details aren't accepted

You can use Track once you've sent your completed application to us and we've processed it. If we've processed it, please check that you enter your Personal ID exactly as it appears on any letters that we have sent to you, and enter the username and password you used to Apply. Remember that they are case sensitive.

If the fields are reset after you click on the 'log in' button, this usually means that either incorrect details have been entered.

If you have five failed attempts to log into the service in one day, you'll be 'locked out' of the system for 24 hours. If this happens, you can contact our Customer Contact Centre and we'll unlock your account.
