Some of the information on my welcome letter is wrong. What shall I do?

If your university or college is wrong, contact our Customer Contact Centre. If the course details are incorrect, contact the university or college concerned and quote your Personal ID. If they are happy to change the course details, they will tell us and we will inform you.
