Notes

The University of Kent offers courses at its Canterbury campus and its Medway (Chatham)campus. Other higher education courses are offered in conjunction with two partner colleges: a)Canterbury College based in Canterbury and b)K College (a merger of South Kent College and West Kent College) based in Ashford, Folkestone and Tonbridge.
The 2012 National Student Survey (NSS) has confirmed the University Kent as a top UK university for student satisfaction with Kent placed third for overall satisfaction. The University of Kent has also achieved a top 10 position in the 2012 NSS for overall student satisfaction in 17 subjects, and is in the top 20 for 26 out its 36 subject areas. The University of Kent was ranked 22nd in the most recent Guardian University Guide. It was also recently described by Which? University as as a university 'that provides a wealth of European and international opportunities for study, work and travel, a stimulating and effective learning community that focuses on the individual and excellent research-led teaching'.
There are University Open Days from at the university's Canterbury campus on Saturday 6th July 2013, Wednesday 18th September 2013 and Saturday 5th October 2013 from 09.00 to 15.00 and at the Medway campus on on Saturday 22nd June 2012 and Saturday 12th Octcober 2013 from 09.00 to 15.00. Visitors should book places via www.kent.ac.uk/courses/visit/openday and bookings normally open one month prior to the open day.
