I'm having problems logging in. What can I do?
First check you're in the correct section. You need to go to Apply if you're still completing your application. You need to log in to Track if you've sent your application and received a welcome letter from us.
Log in details are case sensitive so enter them exactly as they were displayed when you registered. If you're not sure that you have the correct password or username, click on 'Forgotten login?' and follow the instructions.
