Why is the pay/send link not working?

Please check the following on your application:

  1. You have marked each section as complete (check that there is a red tick displayed next to each section).
  2. If you entered an email address, you have verified that it is correct (check that a warning message is not displayed on the welcome page).
  3. The Apply system has not 'timed-out' (check that you can still access other sections in Apply).
  4. You are sending your application after mid-September (applications cannot be sent to us before mid-September).

If you have checked the points above but you still cannot access the pay/send section, please contact our Customer Contact Centre.
