My son is away travelling. Can I reply to offers on his behalf?
If he is in contact with you and you know what he wants, you can reply on his behalf. You can reply in Track but you will need his Personal ID, username and password. Better still, he can do it himself. Your son can manage his application, including replying to offers, from anywhere in the world that has internet access. Some students taking a gap year email themselves important details like their password and Personal ID so that they can easily access information on their travels.
