I'm not listed as a proxy, but can I check the progress of my son's application?
Unless your son has named you as their proxy, we would be unable to discuss the progress of their application with you. If they haven't named anyone as their proxy, they could call us up to do so. In future we would then be able to speak about the application to the person they've nominated.
