UCAS organises events across the UK for those thinking about what and where to study in higher education, providing the opportunity to meet universities and colleges and find out about the courses and options available to them.

Our events play a vital role in helping your son or daughter decide what and where to study.

UCAS higher education conventions

UCAS organises a network of up to 50 higher education conventions across the UK each year. The conventions consistently attract over 300 universities, colleges and organisations, who exhibit at the events, united in their aim to inform and advise 16-17 year olds on their future options. The higher education conventions play a vital part in helping pre-applicants decide about what and where to study within higher education. The conventions are free of charge to attend.

Subject-specific exhibitions

For those with a particular interest in art and design or performance arts subjects, we organise three subject-specific exhibitions. These events enable students to talk to universities and colleges in detail about the courses they offer in these subjects:

Compose your future
Manchester Central Convention Complex, 8 October 2012

The Compose your future exhibition focuses on performing arts and related subjects and features live performances from current students, master classes and workshops, alongside the exhibition.
