Essential maintenance - 18 and 19 May 2013
Essential maintenance will be taking place on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May 2013. During this time there will be periods when the UCAS website, the link-products and Course Collect will be unavailable. Thank you for your cooperation with this important work.
web-link is used to view applicant data and update course and institution data. It is reached directly through an internet connection, giving you the most up-to-date access to both your applicants and your courses from a single log-on point.
We are in a parallel running phase of both net.update (accessed through web-link) and Course Collect for course and institution data that will last until mid May. Any changes you make to your course and institution data in net.update during this parallel running must also be entered into Course Collect.
Applicant data is not affected by the introduction of Course Collect.
Course Collect is our new data collection tool that is replacing net.update for course data for UCAS and CUKAS and is now live.
We are now in a parallel running phase with net.update that will last until mid May.
Please check the data that we have migrated into Course Collect for you. Any changes must be entered in both net.update and Course Collect during the parallel running phase. Please check the Course Collect web pages for more information including important documents, video guides and FAQs. If you have any questions, feedback or comments on Course Collect, please email coursecollectfeedback@ucas.ac.uk or call 01242 544788.
