We would like to keep you informed about the latest discussions and actions taken by our committees and groups

UCAS hosts a number of working groups and committees that support the smooth running of the core UCAS services and help with the planning and implementation of changes to enhance the level of service or to comply with legal or regulatory developments. Here you can access the minutes, agendas and papers for each group.

Change User Group
The Change User Group looks closely at every admissions product, together with associated processes and practices, to ensure that the impact of any changes are anticipated and adequately communicated to institutions and their third party software suppliers.

Tariff Advisory Group
The Tariff Advisory Group meets every quarter to consider additions and changes to the UCAS Tariff.

CISG-UCAS Strategic Group
The CISG-UCAS Group meets with UCAS on a regular basis to consult on, develop and promote common views on corporate information and administrative computing services.

UCAS Review Meetings
The UCAS Annual Review Meeting takes place in November each year and provides an opportunity for UCAS member institutions to look back at the previous application cycle as well as look forward to the future. A report from the Review Meeting is presented to the December meeting of the UCAS Board.

UCAS Admissions Conferences
An interactive three-day conference providing advice and guidance to those involved in university admissions, recruitment and marketing.

UCAS - DfE Curriculum Development Group
A group of admissions practitioners providing an HE response to developments in pre-HE curriculum, qualifications and progression routes, and acting as a channel of communication between DfE, QCA/OFQUAL and HE in these areas.

International Board meetings
The UCAS International Board is charged with advising and making recommendations to the UCAS Board on matters relating to the services provided by the company to the international (including European) market.
