Apply is an online system that allows applicants to apply for full-time undergraduate courses, and some postgraduate courses, at universities and colleges in the UCAS scheme, and allows registered centres to administer the process of applying online.
This guide for staff highlights the main stages involved, from setting up the system at your own establishment through to sending completed applications to UCAS.
Potential students apply through your centre using our secure online application system. This is available to applicants only when you have registered to use this facility. Once an applicant has completed their application online, and has made the appropriate payment, it is passed on to the staff area so that a reference can be added and approved, the entire application checked and approved for accuracy, and the payment verified. You can then send the application to us to process.
