Using Apply

You can view applications in the groups for which you have permission. The welcome screen shows information about the numbers of applications in each group and each applicant's status. This helps you to monitor their progress.

The student completes the following six sections.

  1. Personal details
  2. Additional information (only for applicants who live permanently in the UK)
  3. Choices
  4. Education
  5. Employment
  6. Personal statement

For each applicant, you can view the current status of each section. One of three statuses will be displayed: not started, in progress, or completed. Once each section is marked as complete, the applicant can select a payment method and send the application to your centre. It is then ready to be approved.

There is an additional section - the reference - that your centre completes. This also needs to be approved by your centre. Read our guidance on writing a suitable reference. Once both the application and reference have been completed and approved, the application is ready to send to us to process.

We will process the applications and send them to the chosen universities and colleges. If an applicant has agreed that you can view their application after it has been sent to us, it will be displayed in Adviser Track. You can then follow the progress of their application.
