Each school, college or organisation has a designated coordinator who is given a username and password with which to register your centre. The coordinator can define different levels of access for staff members depending on their responsibilities in the application cycle. For example, one member of the team could be responsible for writing references, another for checking applications.
The staff section of Apply contains the following sections. If you can't access a section which you think you should have permission to view, please speak to a coordinator at your centre.
See a list of all applicants, including those who have not started to complete their application. Applications need to be approved before they can be sent to us. More about approving applications
See the status of references, including those not yet started, in progress and already completed. You can assign staff members to write applicants' references and attach the completed reference to their application. References need to be approved before applications can be sent to us. More about approving references
Applicants who registered as an individual but would like to be linked to your centre will be listed in this section, together with any independent applicants who request a reference only from your centre. More about linking applications to your centre
This section will allow you to view applications completed and ready to send to us, together with those already sent.
This page allows you to select applications you wish to delete. Deleted applications cannot be reinstated - please contact our Schools Team for advice on 0845 123 8001 (or 0044 845 123 8001 from outside the UK). Calls from BT landlines will cost no more than 9p per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
In this section you can change your own password, unlock applicant records and change their passwords, and - if you have permission - unlock staff members' accounts and change their passwords.
If you are a coordinator, you can manage your centre details including the buzzword and payment options for your school, and enter qualifications relevant to your school. You will also be able to add and amend staff details, applicant groups and user permissions.
If you have subscribed, you can use Adviser Track, which displays your applicants' progress after their applications have been sent to UCAS. Applicant Status Reports, which allow you to track your students' progress monthly throughout the application cycle, are also available in this section. More about Adviser Track
In Apply, you can see which of your students have joined UCAS Card. The list of students who have registered is updated daily so that you can be sure you have up-to-date details. When your students register they get access to a host of information about courses, life in higher education, the application process and the free discount card that can be used on the high street. More about UCAS Card
This link takes you to the training section of the UCAS website, where you can find out what we offer and book training sessions run by our Professional Development Team. More about the training offered
Use this adviser-only forum to discuss all aspects of the application process, to ask advice and seek support from other advisers, or to raise awareness of changes, upcoming events or impending deadlines. More about the forum
