If I transferred staff members over from last year, can they use the same username and password this year, and can I view their login details?
After the staff members are transferred from one year to another, a new password is automatically generated (for security reasons). Some staff will have the same username as the previous year but this depends if any other users have been allocated it for the new year. Once the import has taken place (usually by the coordinator) the user is shown a list of usernames and passwords for all their staff, and advised to print this list.
After this, the coordinator can view staff members' usernames in the Security section - they will not be able to view the passwords but they can change them if required.
Setting up staff members
- I forgot to print off the username and password for each member of staff when I set up Apply.
- Can other members of staff be set up as users, referees or coordinators?
- I need to set up a staff member as a coordinator. They are already on Apply as a referee, how can I do this?
