I need to set up a staff member as a coordinator. They are already on Apply as a referee, how can I do this?

Click on Setup from the menu and select Staff, then select the member of staff from the list. On the next page answer yes to the question, 'Is this member of staff a coordinator?'

Setting up staff members

I forgot to print off the username and password for each member of staff when I set up Apply.
Can other members of staff be set up as users, referees or coordinators?
I need to set up a staff member as a coordinator. They are already on Apply as a referee, how can I do this?
If I transferred staff members over from last year, can they use the same username and password this year, and can I view their login details?
