Yes. The coordinator at your school, college or centre can set up members and permissions in the 'setup' section.

Setting up staff members

I forgot to print off the username and password for each member of staff when I set up Apply.
Can other members of staff be set up as users, referees or coordinators?
I need to set up a staff member as a coordinator. They are already on Apply as a referee, how can I do this?
If I transferred staff members over from last year, can they use the same username and password this year, and can I view their login details?
