I forgot to print off the username and password for each member of staff when I set up Apply. What can I do?

If you have access to the Security section in Apply, you will be able to view the username for each member of staff and change their password by clicking on the staff member's name.

I forgot to print off the username and password for each member of staff when I set up Apply.
Can other members of staff be set up as users, referees or coordinators?
I need to set up a staff member as a coordinator. They are already on Apply as a referee, how can I do this?
If I transferred staff members over from last year, can they use the same username and password this year, and can I view their login details?
