The registration details I've been sent do not work - what do I do?
Make sure no other member of staff has attempted to register. If they haven't, please contact our Schools Team on
0845 123 8001 (or 0044 845 123 8001 from outside the UK). Calls from BT landlines will cost no more than 9p per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
Before the start of the cycle, login details are sent out by UCAS to all centres on our database. To check the addressee of this mailing, please email customerdatabase@ucas.ac.uk.
