One of our students has registered as an individual, what can we do?

If an applicant registered as an individual but should be part of your school, college or other organisation, it's now easy to link them to your centre.

Make sure that the applicant knows your buzzword - they then go to the Options section in Apply, select 'Link your application to a school, college or organisation' and enter your buzzword on the following screen.

In the staff area of Apply, click on Link applications to centre: your applicant will be displayed in the Applicants to be part of your centre section. Click on their name and choose whether to accept or decline their request. If you accept their request, their application will then be listed in the Applications section.

If you accept an applicant, you agree to approve their application, write and attach a reference and send their application to us once all parts of the application are complete.
