Is my centre subscribed to use Adviser Track?
If your centre has not subscribed it is only the UCAS coordinator who will be able to see the Adviser Track link in the staff version of Apply. The coordinator will be provided with details of how to subscribe to Adviser Track. If you are not a coordinator, your centre may have subscribed but the link may not be visible to you as the coordinator may not have to set your permissions so that you have access to Adviser Track. It is therefore best to check with your coordinator.
A yearly subscription is required for Adviser Track, which runs from 1 November to 31 October the following year (eg 1 November 2012 to 31 October 2013), and costs £41.67 plus VAT). If your centre hasn't yet subscribed, you can complete an order form and email or fax it back to us.
