Why can't I see one of my applicants in Adviser Track?
They may not have agreed to allow your centre to view their application details. Your applicants can opt in or out of allowing their details to be viewed - this can be done as part of the declaration in Apply, or in the personal details section of Track after the application has been processed. If they opt in, their details can be viewed.
