What is Adviser Track?

Adviser Track is a subscription service where you can see how your students are progressing after they have submitted their application to UCAS. You can view the decisions made by their chosen universities and colleges, including any conditions, and your students replies to their offers.

You can choose to display all applicants or to search for applicants by status, eg those who need to reply to their offers, or those eligible for Extra or Clearing. The applicants that meet your search criteria will be displayed in a list, which can be sorted by name, Personal ID or status. Click on an applicant's name to view their choices. This screen will display any decisions made by the universities and colleges, and any replies that the applicant has made.

By subscribing to Adviser Track, you will also have access to Applicant Status Reports, which allow you to track your applicants' progress weekly throughout the application cycle. The first report for the 2013 entry cycle is available from 1 November 2012, and is updated every Monday thereafter. Each report can be downloaded so that you have a copy as each new report will overwrite the previous.
