Registering your school, college or organisation

Typing on a keyboard

The process for becoming a registered centre is straightforward and costs nothing. All that we require is that you take the time to understand fully the UCAS process and that you follow the procedures which are clearly described on the UCAS website. We want all applicants to have the fairest and best possible chance to gain the course they want and we want to support you in helping these applicants achieve their goals.

How to register as a UCAS centre

If you are interested in becoming a registered centre please email customerdatabase@ucas.ac.uk giving a brief description of your organisation and how you can help students through the application process. We will send you a short questionnaire for you to register your details and once confirmed we will send you your unique login details to register yourselves online. We have separate forms for educational establishments and for agents/independent advisers, so it is important that we know what you do.

Contact us if you have a query

We would be pleased to talk to you before you register if you need more information about the benefits and responsibilities of being a centre. Please email us at customerdatabase@ucas.ac.uk for further information.

Attend a training session

We offer various training courses for both experienced and inexperienced advisers, and for UK and international advisers. You can find details of these in the training section of this site.
