Statistical Enquiry Tool
The Statistical Enquiry Tool makes available UK data for all full time applicants at UCAS institutions covering the 1996 to 2011cycles. This tool allows you to customise the available data to your requirements. The data available is similar to that provided in the annual data sets but only one cycle at a time can be tabulated.
Annual Datasets
The Annual Datasets provide data on both applications and accepted applicants by qualification (Degree, Foundation degree, HND). Each data set covers different topics such as institution, subject or age.
Data Tables
These tables provide reference tabulations - mainly of applications, applicants and accepted applicants - by different categories.
Selected Qualifications Held
How to obtain a dataset which reports on selected qualifications, in terms of type and subject held by UK domiciled accepted applicants to courses at UCAS member institutions over the period 2007 to 2010.
UCAS 2012 End of Cycle Report (PDF)
The analysis in this report builds on our 2012 application demand analysis 'How have applications for full-time undergraduate higher education in the UK changed in 2012?' (July 2012), completing the picture of this cycle with outcomes in terms of acceptances for higher education, entry rates, offer making, tuition fees, qualifications and differences by background and sex. We focus on the 18 year old cohort, which is both the largest group within our datasets and provides the clearest signal for understanding the changes in 2012.
