Find out more about the Publication Services Team

The Publication Services Team provides an extensive range of publications and related products for schools; colleges; higher education institutions (HEIs) in the UK and overseas; libraries, trade and wholesale customers; and high street bookshops. We also offer both free and priced publications for applicants and parents which cover all aspects of entry into higher education, including issues such as finance, student life and the application process itself. Our portfolio also provides invaluable advice and tips for students applying for the most competitive subjects such as medicine and law.

The team is based within UCAS Media and consists of five members of staff. Within the team we promote and manage the UCAS online bookstore, www.ucasbooks.com, as well as processing those all-important orders we receive from you by post and email. The monthly paper and electronic mailings, which are sent to schools, colleges, HEIs and careers centres, both in the UK and internationally, are also coordinated by us. The team also ensures that stock requirements for UCAS events and conventions are fulfilled, to enable students access to varied and much-needed advice.

All staff within the Publication Services Team are well-established and have a wealth of knowledge and experience behind them. We pride ourselves on the reputation we have built for excellent customer service and endeavour to continue to be a primary source of help and advice for both educational establishments, students and parents.
