Our customer service advisers are expected to deal with all callers with politeness and respect, and we would expect our callers to offer the same courtesy to our staff. If a caller uses offensive or inappropriate language during the course of a call, or in an email or letter, then our staff are empowered to terminate the call or to refuse to answer the correspondence should an initial warning prove ineffective.
